+ WAYNE COX
   Pastor

Wayne and his wife, Christy grew up in Radcliff. They married in 1995 while living in Lexington, Kentucky. They now live in Elizabethtown with their four children. After more than 10 years away from Hardin County, Wayne and Christy are excited about their new life in the Radcliff-Elizabethtown area.

Before beginning the work of launching The Bridge Community, Wayne served in youth and adult disciple-making ministries at churches in Harrodsburg and Lexington. Wayne received degrees from the University of Kentucky and Asbury Theological Seminary. His passion is seeing people encounter the unconditional love of God and experience transformation from the inside-out. You can reach him with an email right now.

+ JACK TAYLOR
   Associate Pastor to Students

Jack grew up in Elizabethtown and he and his wife Lyndsay have lived in the Radcliff-E'town area since they married in January 2001.  They graduated from Campbellsville University with Christian Studies degrees and they have served for over six years in ministries both locally and abroad.  Jack and Lyndsay have been a part of The Bridge Community since the beginning. They are very excited about Jack’s opportunity to serve in leadership and ability to devote more time to what God is doing at The Bridge. They have a baby girl named Selah Jordan.

When asked what he is most excited about in the student ministry at The Bridge, here was Jack's response: “I love to walk along with students as they willingly open up to what God wants to do in their lives.  It’s the coolest thing when someone finds out who Jesus really is and who he or she can really be in Him.” Feel free to email Jack.

+ Matt Black
   Associate Pastor of Worship

Matt and Joanna have been involved in various worship ministries in the area.  They’ve also led worship for national summer youth camps and performed on the road for many years. They have released two independent albums and founded “Sweet Communion Ministries” – you can learn more about the vision of their ministry and check out their music at their website or on MySpace. Matt is a graduate of Belmont University in Nashville. The time he spent there gave him the opportunity to grow as an artist, worship leader, and songwriter. Joanna graduated from Campbellsville University, where she studied music and social work. She is a talented singer and cellist.

Their desire at The Bridge is to continue building a community marked by sincere fellowship in Christ. They have a passion to help other artists and musicians grasp the impact they can have through developing and using their gifts to draw others to Jesus. You can contact Matt by clicking here.
